Founded by Joy K-Arbon, an aesthetic expert with over 18 years of experience in the beauty, day spa, and medispa industry, the clinic was created from her lifelong passion for helping others feel confident and beautiful.
From humble beginnings, Joy’s love for beauty began as a teenager — and her dedication has since evolved into a career devoted to empowering clients through results-driven treatments and self-care.
Joy began her journey in 2006 at a 5-star resort day spa in Thailand, later moving to Australia to complete her Diploma of Beauty Therapy at Charles Darwin University. After successfully running her own day spa business in Darwin for seven years, she returned to South Australia to establish JK Aesthetic Australia — blending Australia and international experience, clinical expertise, and genuine care to deliver visible, lasting results.

She is a Beauty therapy assessor with a qualified Diploma in Beauty Therapy and Cosmetic Tattooing, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
with 18 years’ experience in the Beauty and Spa industry. Joy has started her career overseas at the hotel resort Day Spa since 2006. She moved to Australia in 2008 and continued her career in the beauty industry with intense training and workplace environment and worked for one of the Australia leader and award-winning cosmeceuticals skincare ranges. She also spent the last 6 years as a business owner/manager of an established beauty salon in Darwin.
Joy desires to start her new business in Port Broughton. She brings her passion to a country town and continues a beauty therapist career while enjoying relaxing lifestyles in town and spending time with family.
Joys have turned her job to her passion, always improve her skills in the beauty industry and incorporate her artistic talent of creative art into her work through her cosmetic tattooing.
She gives her attention to each client to respond to what they need and requires. She cares about getting results for her clients and allows the client to feel refreshed and renewed as she believes “Treating others the way you would want to be treated”
