Founded by Joy K-Arbon, a beauty therapist with over 17 years of daily hands-on experience, JK Aesthetic was created from a lifelong passion for health, beauty, and genuine care. Joy’s journey began in a luxury hotel spa in Thailand, where her love for helping others feel confident first took shape.
After moving to Australia in 2009, Joy continued her beauty studies and later moved to Darwin, completing her Diploma of Beauty Therapy at Charles Darwin University. In 2013, she opened her first beauty and spa business, which became recognised as one of the Top 3 Day Spas in Darwin.
Throughout her career, Joy has worked closely with leading Australian beauty and skincare brands, gaining deep insight into professional-grade ingredients, advanced techniques, and what truly delivers results for different skin types and concerns.
In 2019, Joy relocated to South Australia and founded JK Aesthetic — a professional clinic where science-based skincare meets genuine care for the skin, mind, and body. That same year, she became a qualified Trainer and Assessor (Cert IV TAE), allowing her to share real-world knowledge and experience with others in the industry.
Joy finds her greatest fulfilment in seeing both her clients and students grow in confidence — whether through achieving healthy, radiant skin or taking their first steps toward a successful beauty career or business. Through mentoring, training, and future education programs, her goal is to guide aspiring beauty professionals with honesty, practical knowledge, and encouragement, helping them build strong foundations and grow at their own pace.

With a genuine love for what she does, Brooke focuses on creating a comfortable and welcoming experience for every client. She is committed to continuing to grow her skills and knowledge, ensuring her treatments are both professional and personalised to suit each individual.

With a strong passion for client service, Bow takes pride in providing personalised massages tailored to each individual’s needs. She believes that no two bodies are the same and focuses on creating a treatment that promotes relaxation, relief, and overall wellbeing.
